How to Apply

Candidates must apply online only through the Bank's website www.rbi.org.in from July 25, 2024, to August 16, 2024 (till 6:00 PM). No other means/modes of application will be accepted.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online

Step Details
(i) Scan the following:
- Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
- Signature (with black ink)
- Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
- A handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) as detailed under guidelines
(ii) Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
(iii) The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. If not available, use the right thumb.
(iv) The text for the handwritten declaration is: "I, [Name of the candidate], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
(v) The handwritten declaration must be in the candidate's handwriting and in English only.
(vi) Keep documents/details ready for filling up the application form and making online payments.
(vii) Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number which should be active until the declaration of final results.

Procedure for Applying Online

Step Details
(i) Visit the URL www.rbi.org.in > Opportunities@RBI > Current Vacancies > Vacancies and click on "Online Application Form". It redirects to the online registration page.
(ii) Enter basic details and upload the photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per specifications.
(iii) Register by choosing "Click here for New Registration" and entering Name, Contact details, and Email ID. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS with the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
(iv) Save the data by choosing "SAVE AND NEXT". Use "SAVE AND NEXT" to verify and modify details before final submission.
(v) Carefully fill and verify the details. No changes will be possible after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.
(vi) Ensure the name of the candidate or his/her Father/Husband etc. matches the Photo identity proof/Certificates/Mark sheets. Any discrepancy may lead to disqualification.
(vii) Validate details and save the application by clicking 'Validate your details' and 'Save & Next' button.
(viii) Upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications.
(ix) Fill other details of the Application Form.
(x) Preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT. Modify details if required, and click on 'FINAL SUBMIT' only after verification.
(xi) Click on 'Payment' Tab and proceed for payment.
(xii) Click on 'Submit' button.
(xiii) Ensure the correct filling of the online applications. Errors may lead to invalid applications and no refund of application fees/intimation charges.
(xiv) To avoid last minute rush, pay the application fees/intimation charges and register online at the earliest.
(xv) The Board does not assume any responsibility for candidates unable to submit their applications due to any reason.
